Yes, we require a minimum order quantity for all international orders. If you're looking to purchase smaller quantities, we suggest exploring our website for options.

Can you offer OEM or ODM services?

Yes, we have a skilled development team capable of providing OEM and ODM services. We can manufacture products based on your specific requirements.

Can you supply the necessary documentation?

Yes, we can provide a variety of documentation, including Certificates of Analysis/Conformance, Insurance, Certificates of Origin, and other export documents as needed.

What is the average lead time?

For samples, the lead time is about 7 days. For mass production, it’s typically 20-30 days after we receive the deposit. Lead times begin once we have both your deposit and final product approval. If these timelines don't meet your deadline, please discuss your needs with our sales team, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via bank transfer, and PayPal. Standard terms are 30% deposit upfront, with the remaining 70% due against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).

What is the product warranty?

Do you guarantee safe and secure delivery?

Yes, we use high-quality export packaging and specialized packaging for hazardous materials and temperature-sensitive items. Additional charges may apply for specialist or non-standard packing.

Shipping costs depend on the delivery method. Express is the fastest but typically the most expensive, while sea freight is more cost-effective for large quantities.
